Okay, I have almost everything I need for this, in my kitchen.
However, I have Quik (sweetened, of course) or instant coaco mix
(also sweetened). Can I cut down on the sugar and use one of these,
instead of unsweetened powder? Thanks all and Happy Weekend...(Smile)

Hi everyone,
I have a ten inch skillet which has no lid. I use it to cook bacon and fried
eggs. My efforts to flip the eggs meet with varying degrees of success. I'm
wondering if covering the pan with foil would trap enough heat to cook the
tops of the eggs. Does this sound totally ridiculous?
Hi, Nancy,
Do you have another lid you can use that goes to another large pan? I think it
would be difficult to use foil on a skillet cooking on top of the stove. A
large lid or plate would work better.
Hope this helps,
Alice

Yes;I agree with Alice. I tried foil, and burned my fingers trying to take it
off. also, I like to add a few drops of water to the skillet. It steams the
eggs and helps to alleviate the crispy edges that sometimes occur when frying
eggs.

What you'll need:
4 tablespoons Country Crock Spread, melted, divided

However, you are not following the list guideline that states that you
should send 6 or so per day so as to not flood inboxes. I'll bet that over
90 percent of what you sent was deleted by many members due to the excessive
