Currently Korean tex output doesn't work, even with its dependent old
HLaTeX. Nobody has noticed its breakage for a long time. So I doubt it's
worth to fix it. The only known Korean debiandoc-sgml document is the
new maintainer's guide which was translated years ago.

I guess it was related to gecko's Hangul rendering code. But there has
been no information for years and I am sure it does not occur anymore.

Since Debian etch, UTF-8 is the system wide default encoding. It is
desirable to assume UTF-8 environment.
For this, just replace posix build target with posix-utf8.

Upgrading gsettings-desktop-schemas from 0.1.5-1 to 0.1.7-2 fixes it.
Perhaps gnome-shell or one of its dependencies should depend on higher
version of gsettings-desktop-schemas?
