Hello devs,
I've whipped up quickly a couple of changes to the default PDF export of
the XWiki platform, to try to make it look a little nicer.
I created the issue here https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-15761 and the
pull request here https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/pull/900 .

Hello XWiki devs,
slauriere and I have worked on an extension that copies pages from one wiki
(based on a HQL query selecting them) to another wiki, allowing to exclude
some class properties from objects in those pages, if the objects are
present.
It's coded as an async job, it can be manually

Indeed, this is _one_ of the problems that the workflow application has on

Hello,
The pdf macro that you installed is for visualizing the pdf documents, not
for transforming them into a wiki page (importing their content as a wiki
page). That's what most of the extensions that you find under the "pdf"
search do.
For importing a pdf document as a wiki page, you should

my 2 cents on the "Data" or "Entries" subspace.
( But too late, since I see the issue was already closed :( )
I'm afraid that, even if technically it seems like a nice idea, it's not
that nice for a "regular non-developer user" which perceive an application
as only having data. They

** I don’t think we’re using that information much and its need is supposed

I will agree to remove it when signed scripts will be there.
** There’s no way to force pages requiring PR to add such an XObject and
thus it’s not done
? In that case, why should we permit workspaces with local-users only in
the first place?

Hi Sergiu,
I think that components and xwiki defaults are 2 distinct issues, and
here you're talking about defaults for xwiki (meta) services, not the
defaults for what a service means from a (lower level) component pov.
At component level, from my pov, default means I don't care, I just

Hi devs,
We need to take a decision. There are 2 places where we have XMLs:

Hi Dave,
You should read

understand that it might be cryptic for a first time usage so here we go:
must know that xwiki is a java engine, so there is some java code that

this vote is a bit strange to me since I thought we're already doing
