It would have been slick to be able to config the SBR without the SBC.
It wouldn't seem all that difficult to offer this ability. I can't see
paying the extra $299.00 just for initial setup. In my case

Cisco VPN client; since then the SB3 cannot link to SC until the VPN
client disconnects.
I've opened the slimserver.pref but there is no httpport statement.

integration working. It runs as a standalone app fine and I can send

Sounds it could be a firewall problem, where the firewall isn't allowing
the scanner to execute. The error message may be a little misleading,
or it could be that the firewall just doesn't let SlimServer see the
scanner executable.

I've finally managed how to use the PSP as a client for SlimServer.
When I mean client I mean use the PSP to hear the streaming audio and
control the interfaces.
This hack can only be used on a PSP with firmware 3.80, as it's the
first firmware that supports mp3 streaming.All work
When you hover over a track/album/artist in the left or right pane of
the Default web interface you see the M icon next to the other usual
ones for playing and removing.
Make sure you're starting MusicIP before SqueezeCenter, and if that

Then add additional receivers for $149.
