It seems that the problem with the K3 not going to spots clicked upon in
the DX Spots window was caused by NaP3 V5.5.0! I reverted to V3.1 and all
is well. Anyone else see this problem?

Upon clicking on a 30 Mtr spot my program has suddenly started showing the
contact as a SSB contact in background mode with no way of changing it to a

I am using Version 8.05 with the flying horse data in the D drive. Had no
problem with it until I installed a new Writelog contest software. Now I
cannot access any data from the disk while in the Dx4win program. I am using

I think I might have been bitten by this too. If you have a QSO in the QSO
window, the
program will only change that one! Hit F9 to clear the window and try again.

At the bottom of the QSO window there are several boxes evidently for awards.
Under DXCC there is MIXED, BAND and MODE. I can find NO explanation of
just what these are for or how to use them.

We need a way to mark QSOs as invalid so that they will not
be exported in an ADIF file. I have about 50 in my log that I
have marked as invalid for various reasons and they all were
uploaded to LOTW. As there is no mechanism for correcting
LOTW, my log will never match.

I am running home vista 32 bit with Dx4win 7.05.03. I have no rig with the
software. When I try to change bands in the qso window the drop down list only
gives me a few bands. There is no slider to work with. I have the set band at
160 in the preference/qso window. Any one of you with
files. Vista wouldn't let me recover to the Program Files directory
directly so I had to recover to the desktop and then move the files to the
Program files directory. I then ran dx4win and all now works correctly. It
works but I'm not happy!
You just have to love VISTA!

Is there a difference if you have ADD REAL TIME or ADD OFF LINE
selected under the QSO sub

Thanks Joe. I put PTT on the same port as FSK and it works! I guess I
missed that combo. I sure tried all the others.

Whatever I've done, however I've stumbled upon it, my MicroHam
Possibly the QSO window updating could be programmed to stop updating when a
radio/rig is not started. That should be an easy solution...but I'm not a
programmer. I base this on seeing this switch for the QSO window updating
that would seem to be an answer to this request that would work
