Is it possible to do what I'm trying to do? Or is the 2 s delay still part of a
single K2 display that can't be retrieved via two DS commands?
Thanks,

I'm trying to write a snippet of code that will grab the KDSP2 firmware
revisions of the DSP and KDSP2 controller. The problem I have is that I
can't seem to grab both of these strings using a DS command.
After sending the appropriate commands to have the version info
displayed, first the DSP

Excellent idea!
I hope Elecraft gives it serious thought and has the developers do this.

73,
I left my antenna hooked up one winter night...and had a few components
in my t/r switch & swr bridge zapped in both the K2 and the KPA100. One
of those "exciting failures" of a cap in the 40m low pass filter keyed

For situations where time is important, it's worth learning about NTP. It's an
open protocol and is run by default on most unix-like OSes. Unlike the Windows
NTP client which simply syncs every couple weeks (by default), an ntp daemon is

Concise still makes slide rules and puts logos on them:

It could have the gray logo from:

Maybe Concise would bring back their old radio rule, then we just might
have something. :-) I'd buy one!

Seriously, that's so great to see. NASA was giving just 50-50 odds of a
successful landing. The next step could be as exciting, depending on
what it finds.
