This happens when the K3 is receiving PTT from both the Signalink and the
software at more or less the same time. Do what Rick WA6NHC suggested and
just have HRD trigger send receive via the K3 commands, *OR* have the
Signalink do it via the PTT plug on the back of the K3, but NOT both.

I was working CW at 50 watts and happen to look up and see a whiff of smoke
on the rig end of the fuse holder. The rig never cutoff and the the meters

(blade type) in an MFJ DC outlet to the rig.However, you and I discussed

and see what happens. There is no real information available on that
subject that I am aware of.
There are cautions available - those cautions say that there *may* be
timing problems on the Auxbus signalling - if
