I use the KDVR3 with N1MM. This allows me to use N1MM F-keys to select the 4
KDVR3 memories.
I like this setup as I don't need to connect audio to the PC audio card.
This way no issues with hum pickup and adjusting audio levels. And the audio
coming from the K3 whether using the mike or KDVR3
I should have added that the cable used is H100, about 30m long
and has an attenuation of 2.8 db per 100m on 50Mhz.

Has anyone married the three of these so that the KDVR3 is used for voice
memory rather than the MicroKeyer II. I prefer the KDVR3 to the MK II.
It would be nice to be able to use the function keys to activate the KDVR3
while connected to MK II. I do not want to be connecting and disconnecting

If I turn on the K2, change the frequency, run the ATU and begin to

reason. The ground braid on the Kent single lever paddle was
installed when I bought it. The twin lever paddle didn't have any

Are you referring to the Overload Detector being tripped?
If so, try adding a .01 uF capacitor between the base and emitter of
Front Panel Q7.
It seems some 2Ns are a bit more sensitive to noise on the overload
detector output line.
I know of at least 2 that were cured with this fix.
