You can purchase them NEW instead of use. Roland I am aware that I can purchase blocks of cells (from Hybrid Auto Center, and others) which may be new, or old/unused stock, or pulled from salvage depending upon source. I chose to buy a Salvage pack for cost savings purposes. 48
