We've got an update that should be out tomorrow with a bunch of bug exploit
fixes. Later this week we hope to have another update out that changes the way
we store your unlockable items. You shouldn't notice much difference, other

Definitely not today. I think you read that blog post wrong:
The question was when the next update was, they answered that it was
an update to fix a few bugs and exploits.
My speculation is they will move over a lot of the l4d multiplayer
server code (better multicore support, steam
count down to many of the scout update patches

f0rkz, I really don't think this it the patch in which they are moving TF2
over to the L4D engine. As much as I would love the multicore support, I
think we have a LONG time to go if it ever even happens. It's a lot harder
then just copy and paste.

official CTF map coming soon?).

Has anyone on this list played yet and gotten the crash? If so, you're
probably getting an .mdmp file generated in your 'team fortress 2' folder
under the steamapps folder. It would probably help if someone could e-mail
one or more of these to one of the Valve guys. Heck, maybe just put it up
It doesn't actually crash from what I've seen...it just locks up until
rebooted.

I do hope this means we will see some official flag based CP maps like
those that made TFC so varied instead of dull progress bar team
deathmatch around circles like every current CP map.
