Are you running sourcemod? If so have you updated to tv latest
release or snap shot? Make sure that the nextmap plugin is not

Try deleting or renaming clientregistry.blob from .steam. I've had to
remove that when my updates got hosed. That causes the steam app to
recreate it and then updates started running. I know this isn't an
update issue, but perhaps it will fix master server look up.

None of my forks had users on them. The master had notice that on map
change it would update. I figures since nobody was on the master would
shut down. Guess not. Had to quit manually which forced it to auto
update

I've got some issues with the update. Boomer vomit is not displaying
for anyone ok my server for the boomer player. The player can't see
the vomit everyone else can. Also weapons are randomly not showing in
first person.

Same here. When the update came out, it looks like the master issues
shutdown which made all the forks that had no players stop taking
requests. I was ok one of the forks at update time. The server shut
our fork down at map change and started the update. After update all
was normal.
