Just a slight correction; with this office365 subscription, one is not
compelled to store their files online although they can do so if they
choose. The purpose of the subscription is to be able to get the
office versions at a more reasonable cost. The only item that is

No you aren't missing anything. Using export and import would be the way
to do it if the person doing it isn't all that comfortable using
Explorer. Using Explorer as Jim describes is just a quicker and more
direct way of doing it .
