I'm running Jaws 11 on Windows XP, and haven't had a problem with it, until now. I had to disconnect my power supply this evening and when it was reconnected it wanted to be authorized. I followed the steps (tried every method more then once) and get a message about not having a licence. To

Thanks Rick I did send in a request, like the rest of Freedom Scientific that won't help until business hours. Its lovely how we aren't supposed to experience any Jaws problems on the weekend. Joseph, I'd have said I turned it off if that is what I meant, I had the power supply disconnected

Thanks for explaining, ... I will not comment since I cannot possibly think of a remark at the moment that is not profoundly unflattering to Freedom Scientific, and their set up. I do wish they'd at least acknowledge people have problems (which they have set things up so ONLY they can solve)
