Hi:
My AVG 8.0 free begin blocking all internet access yester day afternoon. It
took me sometime to find the problem but I found it was AVG. This morning I
uninstalled and reinstalled AVG free 8.0 but the reinstall now requires a
product code, has anyone had this problem? Needless to say I
I've not had that problem, but I'm now using AVG Internet Security and I can
block the internet if I choose but I'm not forced into doing it.

I need to know if anybody out there is having problems receiving or sending
messages to the list from either bell south or verizon. A member is having some
trouble and I'm trying to pin down if it is on their end or if it is a much

You should probably contact the AVG folks.
This is just speculation, but it could be that your uninstall didn't
completely get rid of it, and something may be confusing the free version
with the paid version at the registry level.

I believe they are stored in a text file under documents and
settings\application data\Mozilla\Firefox. I think you can work with
them by going into the privacy panel in the Tools menu as well.
