Hi George,
That's exactly what I did, but when I got to the license, and pressed the
spacebar on the accept button, it took me to the what do you want to keep
dialog box.
Once there, I ended not being able to select any other option then to lose
everything.
I did this in two ways, first by
Hi Scorpio,
When, I updated to the anniversary update,
I ran the FS tool, I did nothing and after it started to install just a couple

I walked away from my laptop and let the anniversary install.
I did not touch a single key in 2 hours ,
It also restarted.

A bug that affected me in JAWS 17 was fixed in JAWS 18. The effect of the bug
was that if you inserted a comment into a Microsoft Word document, MS-Word
would crash. I didn't consider it a JAWS bug, so I never reported it, but,
obviously, someone else did and it was fixed.

Hello David:
I have been using JAWS 18 Beta since it came out and so far, it has been
very smooth. The only issue I had and reported was that it didn't pick up
the settings from JAWS 17 as advertised, but other than that, it has been
great, fast. I use MS Outlook 2016.
Regards,
Humberto
Glad you can use it
It has helped so many just the right keystroke
You are welcome friend

Hi Guys,
I did not know about beta three.
Not too many problems. I've been sending my issues to Freedom
Scientific. My laptop basically updated itself, that's how I found out
about Beta 3.

Hi David
For me, the JAWS 18 beta has been a very smooth ride. I ran betas 1and 2 on
two different Windows 10 systems and have had no problems that I didn't have
in JAWS 17. This morning I upgraded to beta 3 on one machine with no
problems. I'll wait a day or 2 and then install beta 3 on the
Thank you again. And, as I understand your podcast, the .COM version forces you

David and list, I have been using the JAWS 18 beta for 4 weeks. Very
snappy.
I urge anyone planning to use the version 18, see the two freedom scientific

So far no problems with the beta. Final release should be
