That may well be true. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes. All
I know is that FF 58 is really, really fast, robust and awesome with NVDA.
It even worked with the previous nVDA version that came out last year, which
I had on my computer until recently
to be not very helpful at all.
The fact is until either side starts working toward being more accessible don’t
bother with the program. The thing is it probably wouldn’t take much to make it
work better as it configured my outlook account automatically which live mail
will not do on its’ own.

Just a point of clarification folks, the Apple audio format is M4a for
standard audio files and M4R for ring tones. Interestingly enough you need
an audio converter to change MP3 files to M4A, but to convert an M4a file to
a ring tone simply rename it in windows explorer.

The caps lock really helps when you need to press a command like:
Insert+Windows key+C to append text to the clip board.
