Sounds like youtube has lots of constently updateing frames. That may be a

The OCR feature in jaws 13 isn't like open book. it doesn't scann text
from a sxanner. it will simply run the OCR from your screen such as
inside an application like a PDf document. i would advice that you
download the what's new in jaws 13. they explain this feature in great
