All I know for sure is he hit the insert key and didn't know what else he
was doing. What confused me, is the sighted person went into the control
panel and un muted something in there. That sounds to me, it had something
to do with the volume control, instead of a JFW problem.

First if you don't want the subject line to ge grouped by conversation. Alt
+ v for view. Enter on the first choice of the menu. Arrow up until you go
to group messages by conversation and enter on it. This will uncheck this
option.

What I did, was gone to a earlier restore point. Than updated what I want
without putting WE 2011. That met, updating several critical window files.
15 in all. than updating Jaws 11 beta to the full version.
