This accurately reflects my experience with auto-complete in Outlook

to access the functions via the tab key is quite convenient.

My e-mail is set to HTML view, but the huyperlinks still don't show.
Nor, can I activate links from a received e-mail like I used to be able to
do.

Perhaps a newer version of Firefox will solve the frequent crashing problem,
