Usually when I’m using the pc virtual cursor, a button is not present that’s
suppose to be there. If I switch to the jaws cursor jaws announces that button
but I cannot activate it when pressing enter!

blank ...” when I use the arrow keys. Would it solve the problem if I install a

I know how to switch back and forth and how to move the jaws cursor to and from
the pc cursor.
I know that Jaws-key+r does somehow switch the area in which the Jaws cursor is
colors or whatever might change when the mouse is over an object.
It will not cause ToolTips to pop up.

all of the on screen text reads to you. You know it is there but you can't
get at it. So you can re-route the jaws cursor by pressing the insert key
and the jaws cursor key so that it reads as the jaws cursor would.
