Peter,
Yes, I saw that PTF (which I don't have). That was my next action. Thanks for
pointing that out!

I thought I saw another one relating to how memory was used. The PTF (UM31426)
talks about IPL from SCSI devices which I'm not doing... I'm still digging for
the appropriate doc.

My EXEC looks the same and I transferred the vmrdr initrd as binary and the

Not such an obvious one :) The answer was NO. I'm in the process of

I'm trying to get some NFS exports to mount during IPL of my SuSE SLES 7.0 system.
The following is in the fstab:
suburban:/qa /qa nfs rsize=1024,wsize=1024,timeo=14,intr 0 0
suburban:/buildusr /buildusr nfs rsize=1024,wsize=1024,timeo=14,intr 0 0
When I boot, I get:
No, they do not end up mounted.
Since the mainframe Linux is on it's own subnet and suburban is on another, I don't
think the CTCs are even initialized at this point and the DNS is on the same domain as
suburban.
If I change the fstab entry to use the IP address of suburban, it still fails
if
