Walter - I also just watched your video - congrats on a fine effort!
I love the 2-camera 16 x 9 format (I shoot a lot like that myself) and the
lighting, editing and graphics are also top shelf.
And, the info is fascinating, as expected. I will be looking forward to
your next episode.

I did think that was strange. I looked at the picture and noticed it wasn't a
tri-fold but a linenbacked one sheet. The other thing that is interesting about

It was brought to my attention by Dave Lieberman that the photo of the

Hi, Sue,
As it says in Marci's description, she was a dealer in Beatles and other
music-related material in the late 70's here in L.A. (I think Hollywood).
She only realized she'd had these stored away for 30 years a couple of
weeks ago. So, I don't think these fall into the same

I was reading over what you wrote about consigning, and I think you should
clarify a few points:
1) I don't see that you have ANY minimum value at all on consignments. Can
someone send you 500 one-sheets that all figure to auction for a few dollars
each, and you will only take 25%?
2) I
Hey Rick,
I just thought of something. I wonder if she is the Marci whose family owned

often socialized together with friends. She operated a litte annex next to the
main store that was only collectables. She had

I think you've solved the Mystery Of The Tri-Folded Help! One Sheets.
Now I just wonder which dealer will contact Marci first and buy the rest
of them.

Maybe someone here can clear this up. I've seen this 1-sheet identified
previously as a 1960s (or sometimes specifically 1960) re-release.
I know I've never seen it i.d.'ed as a 1953 military release before, as it is

Hi Dave,
I saw your post regarding the CFTBL military one sheet I have listed. When I

suppose. If you have one in stock I would love to

This is definitely MY set of lobby cards. I'm not selling them for

The reason I ask is that 99% of military one-sheets have one or the other at

Almost all have the blown up newspaper ad look that this does.
After selling several thousands of these (from mostly different titles) I
can tell you that it seems quite likely that the ones with Litho in

I think you will find over time that one thing you wrote is not true:
A balanced consignment is necessary for either of us (the consignor or

Trust me when I say there are LOTS of consignors who have loads of near
worthless posters, and they can and will send them to you
Worse than that, John, Google has little interest in having their FREE
search give the best most accurate results, because if they did, then they
could take in billions a year on PAID search.
