Maybe doing RAMDISK 0 in DOS2 prompt you disable the RAMdisk?
[i didn't test... i'm not with my msx right here, right now...]

MSX-DOS2 don't enable automatically the RAMDISK, you must type
"ramdisk {size}" in prompt. DOS2 has "assign" features then

easily: execute "DI / HALT" when the drive spins and see if the drive

After having updated, finished and translated to english the MS-DOS programs
CNVS, MSX12CNV
that allow conversion of most common MSX graphical formats including screen
12 to each other and to
the wellknown PC format PCX i decided to add a Windows 95/98/NT version.
Actually, it is a wrapper
The problem is, what is the "right command"
Do you really thing that all programmers around the world have a big
bible with all information about MSX programming with all details?

And the stop-drive countdown routine address depends on the BDOS
(1 or 2). I use the address in the FD9Fh hook.
