Hi Dwight Thanks for responding. I thought I saw bookmarks as one of the additions in a V2 release, but was probably mistaken as I cannot find it listed online now. However in my Android app bookmarks are shown in the Move option, as per this image http://tinyurl.com/z96zfqv (scroll to the

[MLO] How do I use bookmarks on MLO Android?

2016-09-29 Thread Laurence Glazier
I've searched this forum and not found the answer, save that bookmarks were a feature added to the Android version some years ago. When I move a task, at the bottom of my list is a Bookmarks branch, with a few tasks coming off it. I don't know when or how or if I set them as bookmarks. But I

[MLO] Filter - show only first 3 active tasks

Consider making an additional context called #3, and assign that to the three tasks in each area you want to see. Then set the filter to #3. Hope this helps, Laurence -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group. To unsubscribe from

Unfortunately the built in Move does not work within a project view. But I have found a work around now. If the source item is in a separate window, it can be dragged and dropped into a project view. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups

Re: [MLO] Cut and paste bug

Thanks, I might have to resort to Ctrl-M. However I often work from a view of projects, which is more focused than the All Tasks outline, and my natural usage is to paste into a project. Unfortunately the prior cut often triggers the bug and the program closes. -- You received this message

[MLO] Cut and paste bug

2016-08-05 Thread Laurence Glazier
I like to move items between different views by cut and paste, and while this often works, more often MLO crashes after I press Ctrl-X. I have several times sent a bug report to the developer, and have had no come-back. I am sure I have seen this bug mentioned in these forums somewhere, but

Lately I have had MLO for Android crash a number of times. In the past such crashes have not lost data, but recently, if I have been adding new tasks via the widget, they have sometimes been lost, and I have had to rely on a memory less perfect than MLO. Also, if I have been filing the Inbox (a
