Here is a quick little vbscript that will accomplish that. We used it to

When doing a full online backup of our NT4.0 PDC that includes Exchange 5.5
using Backup Exec 7.3, I get a lot of open files that are in use. Some of
those are WINS and DHCP. I want to get a full offline backup including
