Hi all,
back in the Shake days Peter Warner released a little Macro called Flock.
With it he also attached a 15 frame loop of a bird flapping.
Anybody has this 15 frame loop by any chance?

Duplicator from Nukepedia does the same for 3D (and of course, the Particle

Better use OFlow or Kronos.
They are based on optical flow - which recreates frames that weren't there

That would be good. Yes.
The only way I can think to do this is by calling up the bounding box
(don't confuse this with the Text node's box property, I mean the dotted
line bounding box - the proverbial DOD) but that creates a feedback loop
currently, it seems.

I just ran this on something and it worked. Gave me the same amount of Axis
nodes as vertices I selected. As it's the first time I ever used snap3d, I
have no idea what causes your problem.
How do you use the axes to deform, by the way?

CurveTool can be used to gauge brightness changes as well. Feed that into a
Grade node to remove flicker.
But Frank's method looks easy and fast. I would try that one first.
