Yes you're right. It's an interesting idea, but pretty much useless for most people who need it. To get outside, you need to use your company's proxy. If you change it to something else, you won't be able to access the outside world. I don't have a firewall problem, so this is untested...

Why are you reducing the images from POSE? The images I've gotten from POSE were already 160x160. Animating is always tricky.. I use the Animation shop from JASC (www.jasc.com).. it has a way to set optimizations for image quality over size and it does a decent job. -- Bradly J. Barton -

Does anyone know why const data is placed in the (very limited) heap instead of code space? e.g.: const char * const s[8] = { 'a', 'b', 'c', 'd', 'e', 'f', 'g', 'h' }; takes up 32 bytes of heap. As far as I can tell, at least the strings are not in the heap. It is worse for non-string data
