The instruction manual for the 360fgz flash was written BEFORE the release of the MZ-6, so it can't say anything about the MZ-6 or *istD. However, as you think, it can be used in P-TTL, wireless and high speed synchro in conjunction with the MZ-6 and the +istD.

Well, I think C-41 can actually be pushed by developing at higher temperature. No minilab is going to do that, and have to wait for the machines to come back down to normal temperature. But if you want to hand develop at home you probably could push it. C-41 film however normally has 1-2 stops
