I rename all PEF files from _IGP.PEF to IGP0.PEF so that
hopefully I will have five digit file count from K10D. Then I sort
them to folders like 2007-12-18 - Tel Aviv or 2007-12-18 -
Jerusalem Botanical Garden. I then sort them in more elaborate tree
I can't really imagine why you'd want to use RAW+JPEG capture mode
when you're using Lightroom. The JPEGs become redundant.
But that aside, I import from card using Lightroom's tools, convert
to DNG on the fly, and put the converted files into a directory
structure that looks like:

Interesting shots. But I have a small suggestion. Your thumbnails are
way to big, (not dimensions, but file size), I'm using a relatively fast
connection and it took a painfully long time for them to load. Might I
suggest a slightly lower quality level on the jpegs? The full size
