I don't use a tripod most of the time. For how I shoot, it doesn't really work. Plus, it's a real PITA to carry it around on a walk. If I need some stability, my monopod is always attached to my main camera bag. About the only time I even take it with me is when I'm planning on taking longer

The lack of sharpness in this image makes it hard for me to really like this image. I think it is a very interesting subject and I realize that it was probably shot on film and scanned so that may be part of the reason for the lack of sharpness. I probably would have composed the image a little
