Nice. Looking forward to seeing some photos.
The biggest resource needed for that is the time to develop the photos.

BH has 12 pages of black-friday sales items.
Those include variety of brands and models, but (unless I missed it) -
no Pentax, whatsoever.
(Actually, while I was not paying particular attention, I don't remember
seeing any Sigma, Tamron, Tokina products either).
Boo, BH!

Maybe experience-based (!) personal opinions of many people about various

Hi All:
About 2 months ago, there was a thread about FA35/2.
Interestingly, that while people have mentioned DA35/2.4, and a few
other 35s, nobody mentioned DA 35/2.8 macro.
How is DA 35/2.8 macro in comparison to either FA35/2 or DA35/2.4
(or even 16-50/2.8)?
Thank you in advance,
Igor
I was planning to be in Austin this weekend for a dance festival,
but because of Formula 1 happening this weekeng in Austin,
all hotels were sold out except a few that had unreasonable prices.
So, we cancelled our trip. Hence, my Pentax K-7 is being used
at home, about 100 miles away from Austin.

Today, Amazon has one of its pre-Black-Friday lightning deals:
Rokinon 85mm/1.4 lens.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006C1ILUC/
They offer these lenses at a discounted price ($239-269, depending on
the mount), but they offer only 3 mount options: Canon, Nikon
(AF-confirm), Nikon DSLR.
