The Achival Matte is good but I doubt they stock it. The Heavyweight Matte
is almost as good and CompUSA normally has that in stock. If you want
glossy, the Premium Glossy Photo Paper is good, the new ColorLife paper
would be better if they have it.

Another pack that has not been mentioned in the Beseler Sedona 920. I use
one for my Kiev88 gear. I like the upper compartment as I can keep the prism
and 250mm lens mounted on the body and it fits with no problem. The lower
will hold several lenses and other items.
For my 35mm, I have a Lowepro
it easier to sand the surface smooth.
If you want to come by the store I work at, I can get you a good deal on
what you need. But it is in Texas. :-)

using the levels adjustment. Keep at it, it does take practice, but
you can practice on cheaper paper until you get the idea.
An even better choice is the Curves adjustment if it is available. You can
tailor the curve to match a traditional paper or just to gget the best
print.

Beside this, I also suspect the metering is not quite right either.
I can put aperture on, say 8, on both Ricoh and Pentax lenses, and
the cameras give different light meter readings.
These lead to me to see the Ricoh, at least this lens I have, as
compatible with Pentax bodies only for
Vivitar S1 135/2.3 Mine is actually an M42 used with a K adapter.

Ricoh had their P to equal the Pentax A. However, the P was activated
by a small pin that falls about where the Pentax AF connector falls. So,
unless the lens is a third party that has Pentax contacts and the Ricoh
pin, it won't work on Pentax bodies in any modes requireing the A setting.

M/S lenses were middle of the road and only the SX lenses have the pin. They
are for the DSX/MSX open-aperture metering bodies.

The Mamiya lenses are pretty crappy (I don't think Mamiya
actually made their 35mm cameras and lenses, BTW). Also, if I
recall correctly, they have some sort
I have a Minolta Scan Dual connected to a Mac and had nothing but trouble
with Vuescan. Most of the time it wouldn't run and when it did the results
were no better than the original software. Had less problem with my 1640SU
but didn't find the results any better there.

the CP-9 will use AF Pentax lenses. If so, it isn't listed in
the manual. I remember reading there were 3 AF lenses produced; a 70-210, a
28-70 and a 50mm.

Looks suspicious to me because the "curious" bidder has a feedback listing
of "0", and one bid retraction listed for the past month. But
Anybody need one of these? Or know what it's worth. I found one in the
bottom of a stores box of camera odds ends and I don't need it. Box is a
little worn but the clip looks new (to me). Just email if interested.
