I had very good results years ago when some coffee was spilled on several
slides - rinsed them in plain water after they were taken out of the mounts
and let then air dry. The coffee was still wet on the film and your water
stains have been there for awhile, but what have you got to loose.

I have a couple of comments that should improve this image -
I'd crop out the blank sky as it doesn't add anything to the image. And
while I wasn't there the red cast, especially in the sky doesn't seem real
in this case.
Other than the colors, I'm not sure what I should be
The initial image is an APS-C format (3:2 aspect ratio), which
I've already cropped to a 2:1 aspect ration while keeping the full
width. Thus I was quite afraid of cutting even more of the sky.
Unless you're printing to a specific format, I don't see cropping as an
issue.

received very heavy usage thru 2006 as it was my primarily used lens on the
job and shot thousands of evidence photos with it (it has a built in macro

Nice capture but IMO both flowers should be in focus as they are so near
each other. One in focus and one OOF work better when there is more space
between the flowers.
