John,
I'm curious--what is missing from the lens roadmap that you would like?

I am still shooting film for creative, personal and non-commercial
projects. I still have a lot of film cameras (manual focus mechanical
types like the MX with one odd MZ3) to keep active and keep my
imagination and skills tested. I just shot off my last roll of Ilford
Delta and processed it
Thanks everyone for your comments and inputs. I'll repost a 'fixed'
photo shortly.

I'm surprised you don't already have the collection.

I don't want to switch brands, but if Pentax continues on the course they're
presently on, I may not have a choice.
If it does turn out that way, I ain't going quietly.

What I really don't understand is why
While I do miss the usage and feel of my vintage spotmatics
and Pentax KX bodies, I dont miss the hassle and time consumption
of developing and scanning negatives, especally the dust
touching up, God I love not doing that anymore.

This EVF is *almost* optical in quality. It is way beyond the best
prior EVF I used ... the Konica Minolta A2 ... and that was much
better than the Coolscan 5700 or Sony R1 EVFs. I haven't tried
tracking birds with it but I don't think it will have much difficulty.

Its almost 2009 - Who's still shooting 35mm film?
I have only shot one roll since going with a DSLR
a couple years ago. I am wondering, anyone on this
list still using 35mm film at all, or still using
35mm film full time?
I still do. At least a couple of rolls a month.
Plus
I still like and do LF, but for me I am now
officially retired from 35mm film photograpy.

I processed a roll of 120 Tri-X, and 2 4x5 yesterday. I have 1 more
roll of 120 to do today.
I'll post some PESO later on.

Extremely well done overall exposure and composition, Bob.
An inviting place that looks fairly busy to me.

Date: Saturday,
Scanning sucks. So does dust spotting. Frankly I don't much like doing
post, digital or film.
