years ago questions about K2DMD and they were very well answered. Now
I can do the same :) ask a question and I will answer it. K2 (and
K2DMD, which has some added features) are
the stupid optio compact, why don't the put
some better cache and ccd in the old EI-2000 body??? It's much
better than those shitty pseudo-slr cameras (those using LCD
display inside the viewfinder. They just SUCK BIG TIME! I used
them, phew. Shit)

FJW I use that almost every time I use my Metz flash, but you don't need another
FJW flash. I have the 40MZ-2, which has the big flash that you can bounce on the
FJW ceiling or wall, and there is also a small flash built in that you can
FJW switch on/off as desired. The little flash is direct.

That does suck. Is there an option on the camera to lock the aperture? The
CP990 has a variable aperture, but there's an option to lock it so it
simulates a constant aperture zoom. The Pz-1p has the same ability with
variable zooms.

FAST... I synch usually at 1/15 - 1/8 with 28mm or 20mm lenses, to
get as much ambient as possible in background while freezing the
foreground. Otherwise, background would be too dark.

MJ Best store-bought loupes are Rodenstocks. If you want a good one for almost
MJ no money, go to eBay and look for a Pentax 55mm screwmount lens (SMC Takumar
MJ 55mm f/1.8). I use one of these as a loupe and it's better than any of the
MJ cheaper loupes I have. No distortion, very sharp. It
a gun in these

On another note, I had problems with using my flash on a friends MZ50
- the sCA was 372, which lacks the cutout on front of the shoe foot.
It fit well (but not like original with the cutout) on my SFXn, but
seemed to not get contact with the MZ50 - it didn't fire. It's only
the AF bodies with the
to digicams, the
real resolution of image detail is somewhat lower than the stated
resolution). I don't see a way it could turn out decent pics at 3200
ppi, unless there was some optical teleconvertor in enlarging the
image.
