There seems to be a typo in the "utils/encoderassistant.h". Change
the ENCODER_OGGENC_VERSION_PARA value from "-v" to "-V" to get the codec
scan to work.

files played on digikam. After I built with ENABLE_MEDIAPLAYER=ON, then
at least some of my videos played. But not all of them.
