myself, but it might give a clue as to what is going wrong.

Is it time to 'Unstick' the 2 Sticky iPlayer posts at the top of this
thread? I think we may have moved far enough away from that
configuration as the normal way to do things.
If no one objects within, say, a week, I'll ask mherger to unstick them.

Just as a matter of idle interest is there any way to know roughly how
many people are using iplayer plugins? If the number of fairly recent
plugin downloads is known that might give a clue.

I suspect that this feature may be 'under development' at the Beeb.
Maybe it's not worth spending too much effort on it right now?
