I would just reboot it again. Every couple of months I'll get a call on a Wednesday that my software is slow, and every time I tell them to reboot the servers and everything is  OK.  I've never seen it ask for another restart before. Now i send them an email on Tuesday to reboot their servers

I spent about 7 hours on the phone with about 7 to 10 different people at Microsoft the first time we ran into that. They were more interested in passing me off to someone else rather than coming up with a solution. About the 3rd person I had talked to at least gave something that works, but not
