My husband takes 20 mg about 2 to 3 times a day, plus only 2 mg valium about twice a day. He still has some spasms, but if he takes more baclofen it really makes him weak and makes his muscles too weak for therapy. I will say that the only cure for spasms is more therapy. The more stretching
