This isn't really an answer to your question, but I did successfully
transplant a full 040 from a Quadra 650 with dead SCSI to a Quadra 605.
The 040 chip in the Q650 had a heat sink attached to it, whereas the
Q605 didn't have one (being only a 680LC40). Luckily, the new 040 fit
perfectly in
Icab calls IE ONLY when I log into yahoo for messages. I enter my fn
and pw and hit go and for some reason, Icab now calls IE to go to my
mail box at yahoo.
Any ideas what is going on?
All other functions of Icab work as expected and none call IE.

I'm looking for a Q800 to load my copy of A/UX onto. The video card of my
Q605 isn't supported, unfortunately. I've a few on E-Bay and other on-line
places but they're either in Canada or the East Coast and the shipping cost
makes them uneconomical. Any leads welcome.
