Yeah, Factory Reset won't help you. I think it is how the Touch/Radio reads the metadata (which includes art) from MySB.com, and is somehow not doing this correctly. Often tuning in the same station on SBS server correctly displays the station art. -- toby10

Slacker and ShoutCast are working fine for me with Radio on MySB.com (I don't use Sirius) so it is unlikely a firmware issue. More likely an EU MySB.com issue if anything, I'm on the US MySB.com here. Have you tried a router reboot? Can't hurt. :) -- toby10

Play or a Preset. - just hit Pause to stop, then hit Pause or Play to resume - just hit Mute, let it play in mute, then just hit Mute or turn the Volume knob to resume (assuming he does not have bandwidth limit) -- toby10

. Try turning off encryption all together, see if it connects. If yes, try again with your encryption turned on. Might also need to use a HEX converter for your passphrase. It's a common problem with WEP. Search hex in these forums. -- toby10
