Today I had a visit from Guide Dogs, they took me around the block with just a
Harness just to see how fast I walk and so on, then they put on the Harness on
a Dog called Lake, I went for a walk for about 20 Minutes or so then she came
home with me,
auauauauh, when I first was qualified by San Raphel, guide dogs, I had to also
go on a pretend ride with a harness, that was called, Juno and then I was
qualified, but because of my medical problems at that time, I had to let that
go, but I am thinking about it again.

1 11-oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 14-1/2-oz. can Italian style stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Cook broccoli in unsalted boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Drain well.

Savory Red Cabbage
2 tbsp canola oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 large red cabbage, cut in very thin slices, discard very thick white stems
1 large apple, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

water heat carrots to boiling. Reduce

1 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 tbsp instant minced onion
2 tbsp butter
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
Saute zucchini and onion in butter. Add tomatoes, garlic salt,
oregano and pepper. Saute in pan for five minutes.
Zucchini Casserole
4-5 c. finely diced zucchini
1-1/2 c. graded Cheddar cheese
2 medium onions
1-1/4 c. Bisquick
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
Mix all ingredients. Grease 13 by 9 inch baking pan. Beat together 5
eggs and 1/2 cup oil. Pour over top of mixture. Bake at dg375 40-50
