I concur with Kendric, I have run RT on Ubuntu since 8.04. I recently upgraded from 3.4.8 to 4.0.17 and found it much easier to install it from sources on 12.04 than use the repositories. I would suggest a clean 12.04 and install from source. Just my 2 cents... *Paul O'Rorke* Tracker
