Hi, Im running QLogitechMediaServer 2.21.00 successfully on my QNAP
TS-251+. Yesterday, I updated from LMS 7.9.3 to 8.0.0 and discovered
MusicIP and the Dont stop the music feature doesnt work anymore.
Reverting back to 7.9.3 immediately brought MusicIP back working.

Could you have a look if you can get this working again so that Spotty
can Announce players on the local network. As of now there are some
conflict so Spotty automatically disables this.

I think the most easiest way is wrapping a busybox in the package.
Currently we got three affected command: grep ping df.
So do like this

Thanks for your help.
I've mae the downgrade, to 7.9.3, but the problem is the same, it
reaches 80% and it hangs.
With this version it says it is trying to start LMS but it never
happen...

It sounds you had the QLMS upgrade to trigger an upgrade of LMS to 8.0.
That happened to me and I got similar problem like you describe.
You can try to start in failsafe mode manually, that will probably work.
If it does it means that you have some plugins that dont run with LMS
8.0.

read the directory where my collection is, it is a usb disk I gave all
