After a lot off testing looking and investigations, found the trouble. Its a missing file in you're /lib, which is causing this error. On some older QNap system the Glibc libary is not compleet. Working on a solution, so hopefully have a new version which will fix it soon. epo wrote: >

Version 1.09a has the i686 perl 5.24.4 build on Glibc version 2.19. It seems that some older Qnap systsems have a ld-linux.so.2 older version. So then you get the error, that it wont start. At the moment looking for a way around this. The perl i686 5.24 was build by QNap, and don know itch

At startup, the script will set the rights for the playlist which is set in LMS. So that this is the only one, where squeezeboxuser can write. And don't know about you, but i'm very careful with my music collection. And when writing is set, it could corrupted you're music files. earthbased
