I'm having other issues printing too. A lot of times I only get 2 or 3

print shows no popup pane, nor any sign of activity at all.

Before printing, go to View Headers Normal.
If you want all the headers displayed on screen, but not printed, I'm
not sure how to do that other than changing that option every time you
