[2.0b2] Problems

Hello! I've got two problems with 2.0b2 (WinXP) 1. Cannot add bookmarks, at least not drag and drop 2. There seems to be a new feature for compressing downloaded headers of newsgroups. If I don't want to use this feature, can I deactivate it? Another question: I've installed 2.0b2 besides 1.1.

For 1.1.8, I have downloaded for offline use all of the NG messages from news.verizon.net. That newsgroup has been shut down as of Oct 1 by Verizon so it is no longer available online. The problem is I can read the messages if I select "Work Offline" from File. However, that sets all newsgroup

I am on several people's Joke Lists and get some really good stuff that I would like to pass on - so I use "Edit Message as New" I strip out all the forwarded addresses everyone leaves in them (nice source of E-Mail addresses for spammers). Many of these things are some kind of framed large lett
