its left and right, not up and down. and you tab to go to the next edit feild if there is more then one. not arrow up or down. some of this is because of how web pages are programmed. some forms will only read what you have typed in them after you turn browse mod back on and tab away and back

Not true. None of this has to do with persons who use adaptive technology. I have blind and sighted friends and family who have received such calls. By the way I did use the site to setup robocall forwarding to the service and I smile everytime my phone just rings one time! - Original

I think that the calls being discussed here are the calls purporting to come from Microsoft, not Talks. These so-called Microsoft Technical Department calls have been happening for a number of years now. If, indeed, you are now getting calls purporting to be from Talks then that is a new scam.

Hi Jo and All, I also have an Asus laptop. I was very surprised to discover the lack of the keys you mention. I have set my caps lock key to act as the insert key. The page-up, page-down, and other functions have to be performed using the function key combined with the control and shift keys.
