ich versuche bei größeren Änderung an den Daten eines Nutzer
ihne vorher zu kontaktieren (so geschehen zum Beispiel
bei Hausnummern). Da wir bisher nur Sachen
mit Rechtschreibefehlern und Abkürzungen korrigiet haben (außer Dresden
