There's a bug with the copying and pasting of filters.
1. Open the filters
2. Click some filter to select it
3. Right-click another filter to copy it
4. It's the selected filter that gets copied, not the right-clicked one

The time period entry field behaves in a VERY strange way - namely, it
updates the control contents upon mouse MOVEMENT over the up/down
arrows, instead of only when clicking.
Does this happen with you too??

the Modified marker disappear
(Undo_state=last_saved_state), while one more undo action would make
it reappear again (Undo_statelast_saved_state). The same would
happen, if a redo action was present in the Edit menu at all (too
bad it's not).

Check this one in the attachment, if anyone still doesn't believe that the
unread message count gets crazy when user deletes several threads with
new unread messages in them.
Of course leaving the folder and re-entering it fixed the problem, but
there it is, plain as day. :)
